Our Pacific Cacao begins with single-origin beans from Vanuatu, roasted locally by Raglan Chocolate, then blended with our own spices and jaggery. We’re grateful to also work alongside growers in Papa New Guinea and Samoa — smallholders who farm naturally, without synthetic pesticides or chemical fertilisers. While not certified organic, their cacao is grown the way it always has been: in harmony with the land.
Ingredients:
Papua New Guinea Cacao (80% pure paste / 20% powder), Jaggery*, Himalayan salt, Cardamom*, Ginger*, Chilli, MCT oil powder. *Certified Organic
Directions
- One heaped tbsp (14g) per 250ml cup
- Latte: Dash of boiling water + frothed or iced milk
- Less Creamy: Half boiling water + hot/frothed milk
- Sweeten: Add 1⁄2 - 1 tsp of honey
